COM proxy/stub DLLs with BCB

A complete example that makes use of COM custom non-automation interfaces (a COM cilent, an MTA COM server and a COM proxy/stub dll). Some guidelines are also explained for generating the proxy/stub, which is a rather tricky process with C Builder (at least, undocumented). The source code is in C Builder 5, but with few modifications it should compile under C Builder 4.
