I use ADO components with access. In access, I have set one field as currency (UK Sterlings), but in delphi dbgrid, it only display numbers with the dollar sign. How can I adjust that? Thanks for advance

Its default depends on your regional setting. If your system are setting currency display as displaying a dollar sign, it will show up in Delphi currency field by default. You can either change your regional default setting or override the system default. To override the system regional default, you can just issue your own displayformat of the TCurrentcy Field. For example, you can enter 'GB£ #.00' into the displayformat of your field and then your currentcy field will start with GB£
