是的。 可以照AT89S8252的燒入方式來燒 AT89S8253(注意:燒錄軟體的晶片選項欄→必須選擇AT89S8253) ===================引 用 jacky721221 文 章=================== 之前用過AT89S8252該IC 而程式是用keil C寫的 編譯成*.H檔再經由aec_isp來燒入到AT89S8252 因為該IC停產了,所以想用AT89S8253來取代該IC ,是否可以照AT89S8252的燒入方式來燒入 ??

The Eeprom data start address is set after the Program data i.e. for AT89S8252 Program Address 0x0000 - 0x1FFF Eeprom Address 0x2000 - 0x27FF The user can edit the buffer contents freely. The user can also load the EEPROM data file using the File Menu. -------------------------------------------- DATA CHECKSUM The Checksum display shows the 24 bit sum of the Program Data bytes, the Eeprom data bytes are not included in the checksum. -------------------------------------------- OSCCAL BYTES The OSCCALIB data is only saved when the selected AVR chip have multiple OSCCALIB bytes. Use LPM instruction to read the osc calibration bytes from the flash memory. The data is saved at the last addresses of the respective memory type. OSCCAL Data 2 Bytes Format Word @ Flash last address LSB - Byte_0 MSB - Byte_1 EEPROM last address -1 Byte_0 EEPROM last address -0 Byte_1 OSCCAL Data 4 Bytes Format Word @ Flash last address -1 LSB - Byte_0 MSB - Byte_1 Word @ Flash last address -0 LSB - Byte_2 MSB - Byte_3 EEPROM last address -3 Byte_0 EEPROM last address -2 Byte_1 EEPROM last address -1 Byte_2 EEPROM last address -0 Byte_3 -------------------------------------------- Notes * For the AT89S8253 the user signature data start address is set after the Eeprom end address. * If the Reset Disable fuse of the AVR is programmed then it is not possible to use the serial programming mode next time, a high voltage parallel programmer is required to enable the serial programming. * When saving the data files with greater than 64K bytes of data, only Binary or ROM format is allowed. Intel Extended Hex file format is not supported. * Eeprom file format EEP uses the Intel Hex format. * Make sure FUSE bytes are set properly before programming the device, wrong settings may disable the further device programming, specially the RSTDISBL fuse bit. ===================引 用 jacky721221 文 章=================== 感謝大大,再請問一下您是用什麼燒入軟體下去燒入的呢?? 之前我是用aec_isp- vision1.0來燒入AT89S8252 可是現在必須要vision3.0才可以燒入AT89S8253 ,去該公司申請該軟體好像也不會給你該軟體來使用 所以想請問大大們都是用什麼燒入軟體來燒入,謝謝 |
